Like the Oak Preserve Park, the 12-acre Residential Park will be designed in a naturalistic style and oriented toward walking, jogging, small-group gatherings, and wildlife viewing. The Residential Park will enhance and supplement the existing flora with native riparian plant species. The drainage feature, designed to mimic a natural riparian corridor, will terminate at its western end in a detention basin that will include freshwater, semi-aquatic habitat with open water throughout the year. Residential Park amenities may include, but will not be limited to:
- Picnic area
- Exercise stations
- Bicycle trail
- Pedestrian/jogging trail
- Seating areas
