A 10-acre Elementary School is planned to be located in the village core at the intersection of two Residential Local streets that connect to the Village Parkway. The school would serve as a focal point in the community. It would be collocated with the 6.6-acre Neighborhood Park and the Central Parkway. This sharing of facilities would encourage joint use and provide safe passage routes to the school via the parkway’s extensive pedestrian/bicycle trail network. The school would also be within convenient walking distance of the transit node.
